Terms of Service

The current operating terms for Glattice accounts and paid plans.

Last updated: August 15, 2026

By using Glattice, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service and these terms

These terms govern use of Glattice, a service operated by Glattice LLC. You must follow applicable law and these terms when accessing the website, application, REST API, MCP server, and related services.

2. Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account or authorized integrations. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Glattice the limited permission needed to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and back up that content to operate the service and carry out actions you request, including exports, notifications, collaboration, and optional AI commands.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Glattice to break the law, violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, evade access controls or rate limits, or access data you are not authorized to reach.

5. Plans and limits

Free, Pro, and Team have the limits shown on the pricing page and in the application. Pro is billed monthly per space. Team is billed monthly by paid seat; viewer and billing-only roles are not paid seats. Feature access also depends on role and subscription status.

6. Billing and cancellation

Stripe processes paid subscriptions. You can review invoices, payment methods, seat quantity, and cancellation in the billing portal. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout or portal states otherwise. An inactive paid space may become read-only under the product rules.

7. Availability and changes

Glattice does not currently offer a service-level agreement. We may change or discontinue features as the product develops. Material changes to these terms or the Privacy Policy will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, an in-product or email notice.

8. Third-party services

Glattice relies on providers including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Google, and Purelymail. Your use of Google sign-in, Stripe billing, Gemini-powered AI, or an external MCP client may also be subject to that provider’s terms. The Privacy Policy explains the related data flows.

9. Privacy

The Privacy Policy is part of these terms and describes what information Glattice handles, how export works, which processors receive data, and the operator-access boundary.
